RETURN POLICY ON CAMERA, TV, ELECTRONICS
- Open-Box- Exchange for credit only.
- Video & Digital Cameras - 10% Restocking Fee or Exchange
- Unopened box (all items except digital and video cameras)
14 days or less - Refund
- Unopened box after 14 days - Credit Only
- No refunds, exchanges or credits after 30 days
- Missing items, blemishes, or wear from use will be deducted from refund or credit.
JEWELRY, WATCHES, CLOCKS, COLLECTABLES, GIFTS
We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of purchase. SORRY NO REFUND ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY, SPECIAL ORDERS AND ANY ENGRAVED ITEM, OR WATCHES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN.
RETURN POLICY ON RINGS
The return policy stated above applies to the return of a ring. In addition, if the ring has been altered in the following ways (some and /or all of the subsequent charges will apply): Sizing $45.00, mounting $95.00. Excess modification to the ring may result in additional charges as determined by Farr''s Jewelry.
If purchase or deposit was made by check, refund will be issued within 15 days after the date of return. Credit Card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card with which the item was purchased. TO GET FULL REFUND OR RETURN CREDIT, CLAIMS AND RETURNED GOODS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT, AND RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED BOX.
LAYAWAYS
Layaways are 3 months interest free. After three months finance charges will be assessed at 1.5% per month until the purchase is paid in full. Layaway payments of at least 10% of the original balance or $10.00 which ever is greater must be made monthly. If two successive monthly payments are missed the item will be returned to stock and no refunds will be given.
